Gallan unconditionally acquired this 13.5 acre mixed use site.
Gallan are in the process of speculatively developing the site to include a 70,000 sq. ft. Pre-let national headquarter building, 50,000 sq ft of office and restaurant space, 15,000 sq. ft. car showroom and 15,000 sq. ft. trade counter units, as well as other B1,B2 and B8 uses.
