Gallan acquired this office investment as a part of a sale and leaseback from National Car Parks.

Gallan are working up proposals for a prestigious 245,000 sq. ft. mixed use
scheme directly opposite the proposed £550 million re-developed New Street Station.

The plans include:

220 bed hotel
25 storey residential tower
Associated commercial space.
