to the Bullring Retail Scheme in central Birmingham.

Gallan obtained planning consent for a high quality bespoke apartment
development consisting of 80 one and two bedroom apartments with 170 car
parking spaces and Retail/Restaurant units adjacent.

Gallan delivered the project within time and budget and pre-sold all 80 apartments.
